1. Product Information & Craftsmanship

All garments are handcrafted with artisan techniques. As a result, minor variations in color, embellishment, or finish may occur and are not considered defects. Such variations are inherent to handmade luxury garments and shall not be grounds for returns or claims.

2. Order Accuracy & Acceptance

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided—such as size, style, color, and shipping details—is accurate.
We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our sole discretion, including in cases of:

  • Product unavailability

  • Pricing or listing inaccuracies

  • Suspicious or fraudulent activity

Your order is only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and a confirmation email has been issued.

3. Pricing & Policy Changes

All prices listed are subject to change without prior notice.
We may update or modify any section of our Terms, Privacy Policy, Return Policy, or Shipping Policy at any time, and such amendments will apply immediately upon posting on our website.

4. Shipping, Delays & Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines only.
Isha & Ishana shall not be held liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, customs processes, unforeseen events, or factors outside our reasonable control.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

All returns, exchanges, and cancellations must strictly comply with our published policies.
We reserve the right to deny returns or exchanges that do not meet the conditions outlined in our policy, including:

  • Worn or altered garments

  • Custom, made-to-measure, or discounted items

  • Items without original tags and packaging

Once an order has entered the processing stage, modifications or cancellations may not be possible.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, embroidery patterns, logos, imagery, and written content displayed under the Isha & Ishana brand are the exclusive intellectual property of House of Kosha, LLC.
Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Isha & Ishana shall not be liable for any:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Loss of profits, revenue, or data

  • Personal injury or property damage arising from misuse of our products

Our total liability shall be limited to the total amount paid by the customer for the specific order in question.

8. Privacy & Data Use

By placing an order, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We do not sell or distribute personal information to third parties except as required for payment processing or shipping fulfillment.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Isha & Ishana operates. By purchasing from our website, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that region.
