Refund policy
We hope you love your pieces. If something isn’t quite right, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
Returns
Returns for online purchases must be initiated within 7 days of delivery to be eligible for a refund. Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition, with all tags attached and packaging intact. Please include your receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, log in to your account and submit a request.
Customers are responsible for return shipping. A prepaid return label is available upon request for $12.

We are not responsible for lost or missing return packages.
Returns received outside the 7-day window or not meeting the above conditions may be subject to a 40% restocking fee.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome. Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method.
Refunds include the merchandise total, excluding original shipping and any return label fees. Please allow 10–14 days for processing after your return is received. Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund.
Damages & Issues
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at isha.ishana.couture@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, please return the original and place a new order once your return is approved.
Final Sale Items
Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Custom Orders
Custom orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
