How will my orders be shipped/What are my shipping options/How do I track my order?
We aim to deliver your products safely and promptly. Our shipping policy is below:
- Shipping Fees: All shipping costs are the responsibility of customer. Shipping rates are calculated at the checkout based on your location.
- Processing time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
- Delivery Time: Delivery times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery dates will be provided at checkout.
- International Shipping: We offer worldwide shipping. Additional customs, duties, or taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
- Tracking: Once your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to you for easy monitoring of your package.
- Lost or Delayed Packages: Please note that once an order has been handed over to the carrier, shipping delays are outside our control. For any issues, kindly contact the carrier directly.
Do you provide international shipping?
Yes! We provide international shipping for all our products.
How do I return my order?
- Customers must initiate a return request via online portal with order number, reason for return, and
supporting photos (if applicable). - Please see our return policy for more details.
All orders can be returned within 14 days.
- Items must be returned within 14 calendar days from the shipment delivery date.
- Only unused, unwashed, and unworn dresses with original tags and packaging are eligible.
- Items marked as final sale, custom-made, or clearance are non-returnable.
How are refunds processed/How many days does it take to process refunds?
- Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within
10 business days. - Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a product defect or shipping error.
Can I still change my order?
The best option will be to email us - ishaishanacouture@gmail.com. We will try to cancel the order if it has not shipped yet. However, if the item is already shipped then please initiate a return of the item and place a new order for the item you would like to purchase.
How can I track my order?
- As soon as your order is shipped we will send you a track & trace code by email. This way you can track your order.
- Keep in mind that it can take up to 48 hours before the track & trace is available. Can't track your package after 48h? Please send us an email to ishasishanacouture@gmail.com and we will contact the shipping company.
Which methods are used to ensure secure payments?
Payments are made via a recognized secure gateway in compliance with industry security standards. We do not store your payment details.
