How will my orders be shipped/What are my shipping options/How do I track my order?
We aim to deliver your products safely and promptly. Our shipping policy is below:
- Shipping Fees: We provide complimentary shipping within USA for orders over $199.
- Processing time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
- Delivery Time: Delivery times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery dates will be provided at checkout.
- International Shipping: We offer worldwide shipping. Additional customs, duties, or taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
- Tracking: Once your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to you for easy monitoring of your package.
- Lost or Delayed Packages: Please note that once an order has been handed over to the carrier, shipping delays are outside our control. For any issues, kindly contact the carrier directly.
Do you provide international shipping?
Yes! We provide international shipping for all our products.
What is your return policy for orders?
- Items must be returned within 7 calendar days from the shipment delivery date.
- Only unused, unwashed, and unworn articles with original tags and packaging are eligible.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping. A $12 prepaid label is available on request.
- Items marked as final sale, custom-made, or clearance are non-returnable.
How do I return my order?
- Customers must initiate a return request via online portal with order number, reason for return, and
supporting photos (if applicable). - Please see our return policy for more details.
How are refunds processed/How many days does it take to process refunds?
- Upon receipt and a successful inspection of the returned item, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days, less the original shipping costs.
Can I change my order after making a payment?
Please note that orders cannot be canceled once placed.
How can I track my order?
- As soon as your order is shipped we will send you a track & trace code by email. This way you can track your order.
- Keep in mind that it can take up to 48 hours before the track & trace is available. Can't track your package after 48h? Please send us an email to isha.ishana.couture@gmail.com and we will contact the shipping company.
Which methods are used to ensure secure payments?
Payments are made via a recognized secure gateway in compliance with industry security standards. We do not store your payment details.
