Payments are accepted via credit card, debit card, Apple Pay, or PayPal with a valid billing address and United States shipping address. Accepted credit cards are Visa, American Express, Discover, and Mastercard.
When placing an order, your billing address must correspond to the address of your credit card, or we will not be able to process your order.
All transactions are secured. The Isha & Ishana website is provided with an SSL encryption system to protect personal and payment data.

- Orders may take 24 to 48 hours to process. Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email confirming your order has shipped.

Shipping Fee
Complimentary shipping on all orders over $199 within the continental United States. For orders less than $199, shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
Returns & Exhchanges
- Eligible items may be returned or exchanged for FREE within 10 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition with all tags and original packaging.
- Refunds are issued to the original form of payment once the return has been received and approved.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for refund processing after receipt of your return.
- Final sale items, personalized/custom products, and gift cards are not eligible for return or exchange.
