How to Measure

1 — Bust Wearing the bra that will be worn with the garment, measure around the fullest point of the bust and under your arms. Keep tape parallel to the floor.

2 — Waist Measure around your waist at the narrowest point, making sure the measuring tape is parallel to the floor.

3 — Hips Measure around the fullest part of your hips keeping your heels together, making sure the measuring tape is parallel to the floor.

4 — Length of bottoms Hold the measuring tape from the waist, letting it hang down to get an estimate of the pant length.

supporting photos (if applicable).

How are refunds processed/How many days does it take to process refunds?

Upon receipt and a successful inspection of the returned item, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Can I change my order after making a payment?

The best option will be to email us - ishaishanacouture@gmail.com. We will try to cancel the order if it has not shipped yet. However, if the item is already shipped then please initiate a return of the item and place a new order for the item you would like to purchase.

Note: For custom orders this general policy does not apply.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order is shipped we will send you a track & trace code by email. This way you can track your order.
