  • Complimentary shipping on all orders over $199 within the continental United States.
  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Delivery typically arrives within 4–5 business days after your order has been processed.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 10 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition with all tags and original packaging.
  • Refunds are issued to the original form of payment once the return has been received and approved.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for refund processing after receipt of your return.
  • Final sale items, personalized/custom products, and gift cards are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return/Exchange Policy

We hope you love your pieces, but if something isn’t quite right, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition, with all tags attached and packaging intact. Please include your receipt or proof of purchase when you send your return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and we recommend using a trackable service to ensure your package arrives safely. Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

We take great care in preparing your order, but if you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out to us right away at isha.ishana.couture@gmail.com so we can make it right.

Sale Items and Gift Cards

Please note that sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchanges

If you’d like a different size or style, the quickest way is to return the original item and place a new order once your return has been accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome. Approved returns will be refunded to your original form of payment within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process the refund.
