Return/Exchange Policy

We hope you love your pieces, but if something isn’t quite right, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition, with all tags attached and packaging intact. Please include your receipt or proof of purchase when you send your return.

To begin the process, contact us at isha.ishana.couture@gmail.com. Once your return is approved, you can ship your item to the following address:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and we recommend using a trackable service to ensure your package arrives safely. Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

We take great care in preparing your order, but if you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out to us right away at isha.ishana.couture@gmail.com so we can make it right.

Sale Items and Gift Cards

Please note that sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchanges

If you’d like a different size or style, the quickest way is to return the original item and place a new order once your return has been accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome. Approved returns will be refunded to your original form of payment within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process the refund.
