How to measure
Over close-fitting clothes, tape level all the way round, and don't pull it tight. Snug is right.
Bust
Wearing the bra you'll wear with the garment, around the fullest point and under your arms.
Waist
The narrowest part — bend sideways and it creases there.
Hips
The fullest part of the hips, heels together.
Length
Tape at the waist, hanging to where you want the hem. Easiest taken from trousers you already like.

Product information
Each piece is hand-embroidered over many hours. With a little care, it will stay beautiful for seasons to come.
Fabric - Crepe with hand embroidered details.
Dry clean only — avoid machine washing, soaking, wringing, or bleach.
Steam to refresh — or iron inside out on low heat with a press cloth between the iron and the fabric.
Never press the embroidery directly — heat can flatten the threadwork and dull metallic details.
Dress last — let perfume, deodorant, and lotion dry fully before wearing to protect fabric and metallic thread.
Store with care — a breathable cotton bag, away from direct sunlight; use acid-free tissue for heavier embellished pieces.
Handle gently — blot spills, never rub, and trim loose threads rather than pulling.
Slight irregularities in the embroidery are the natural signature of genuine handwork.

CUSTOM FIT
Your size, or your measurements.
Most people find their size on our chart and it fits well. If yours doesn't — a longer torso, a fuller bust, a sleeve that's never quite the right length — or you'd simply rather it were exact, we'll cut the piece to your measurements instead.
Send us your measurements and we'll cut the piece to them instead. About two weeks from order to dispatch and you get regular updates through out the process.

How it arrives
Every piece is pressed, checked and folded by hand before it leaves us — the last step of making it, rather than a separate job. It travels in tissue, in a box you can keep.
If it's a gift, we leave the price out and write the note by hand. Just tell us at checkout.

Do your pieces run true to size?
Yes,they're cut true tosize. Where a particular style runs small or large, we say so on the product page.
What if I'm between two sizes?
Size up. Most of our pieces are easier to take in than to let out. If the difference is in one area only, custom fit is usually the better answer.
Can you make a piece to my measurements?
Yes. Any piece we make can be cut to your measurements instead of a standard size — USD 50 on top of the price, about two weeks to make. See How custom fit works →
How long will my order take to arrive?
Dispatched within 2-3 business days, then 3-5 business days within USA and 7–14 days internationally. Custom pieces take about two weeks to make before they ship.
What is your return policy for orders?
Eligible items can be returned within 10 days from delivery. The piece needs to be unworn, with tags attached and the packaging intact. Sale items and custom orders can't be returned.

Can I exchange for a different size?
Not directly. Return the original, and once it's approved, order the size you want. If that size is running low, order it now rather than waiting — we can't hold stock while a return is in transit.
How should I wash a hand-embroidered piece?
We recommend Dry Clean only. Don't wring it, don't soak it, and don't machine wash — the drum catches the raised threads. Care specific to your piece is on its label.
